Inspiring Yoga Classes in Brighton.

My aim is to inspire a deep love of yoga & meditation.
In an Inspiring Yoga Class we explore simple and effective classical and contemporary yoga postures.
We move fluidly through postures, improving flexibility & freedom of movement, whilst creating a deep sense of stillness, sensitivity and strength. 

Stimulating standing and seated postures are explored alongside relaxing and restorative postures. We begin and end the class with relaxation or meditation.
We create an intuitive awareness of body & mind and the subtle experience of energy and the breath, encouraging a sense of wellbeing for ourselves and the other people in our lives.  
I also teach monthly Yoga and Meditation sessions on Sundays (monthly), see info

Suitable for beginners & people with experience.

Monday 6.00 - 7.15pm 
Fridays (yoga and meditation) 10.00 - 11.30am
